You’ll find start-up supplies of coffee, tea, sugar and sweeteners, paper towels, kitchen soaps, trash bags, zip-top bags, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, and laundry detergent. We also provide the extras that make a stay easier: reusable grocery bags, umbrellas, an ice scraper (seasonal), a portable cooler, folding chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a backpack for day trips and lake adventures. Planning a holiday or special meal? You’re covered. The kitchen is fully equipped for hosting, including a hand mixer, Ninja blender, electric carving knife, serving platters, gravy boat, large serving and salad bowls, food storage containers, and dishware for 16+ guests. Past guests love gathering here for holiday meals because everyone can pitch in. This isn’t just a kitchen — it becomes everyone’s kitchen during your stay, making meal prep, celebration, and cleanup part of the shared experience. OCCUPANCY ✹ Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. The nightly rate includes 6 guests with each additional guest, starting with the 7th guest being added at a rate of $50/guest/nights of the reservation. ✹ Please note, the property uses decibel monitoring and outdoor security cameras which are in accordance with Airbnb privacy guidelines. ✹Security Deposit of $500 is required before check in. This deposit is fully refundable 48 hours after check out if no loss, damage or excessive cleaning is required. ✹ Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
